As the financial partner to a portfolio of approximately 30 growing law firms , you will help business owners transform financial data into actionable insights that improve cash flow, profitability, and long-term growth.

This is a full-time W-2 executive position — not a 1099 consulting opportunity or independent fractional practice.

You'll enjoy the variety and challenge of serving multiple businesses while receiving the stability, compensation, benefits, and support of a full-time executive team.

• Serving as the financial leader for approximately 30 client businesses.
• Reviewing financial statements and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Creating financial forecasts, budgets, and cash flow strategies.
• Building KPI dashboards and financial reporting systems.
• Helping owners understand profitability drivers and business performance.
• Identifying financial risks and recommending solutions.
• Improving pricing, margins, cash flow, and operational profitability.
• Partnering with owners on strategic growth decisions.
• Creating accountability around financial goals and metrics.
• Helping businesses become less reactive and more financially disciplined.
• Building trusted, long-term relationships with business owners.
