Turing is looking for Growth Equity professionals to work with our researchers to improve the performance of AI models. You will apply your expertise in evaluating high-growth companies, revenue scaling analysis, and minority/majority investment structuring to evaluate and train AI systems. No prior AI experience is required.

• Evaluate LLM models on growth equity topics such as growth-stage company valuation, unit economics analysis, and investment memo writing.
• Create rubrics to assess model capabilities on tasks like revenue build modeling, cohort analysis, SaaS metrics evaluation, and deal structuring for growth rounds.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and fellow finance experts to shape training methods, evaluation strategies, and benchmarks.

• 2+ years of experience in Growth Equity (e.g., growth-stage investing, late-stage VC, or growth-focused PE funds).
• Strong grasp of growth-stage valuation, unit economics, scaling metrics, and investment structuring for minority and majority stakes.
• Excellent written English communication.

• CFA (Level I/II/III), MBA in Finance, or experience in high-growth operating roles.
