Job Description
Provide guidance and support as a utility player who specializes in all aspects of the team’s service experience including project engagement, key controls, coaching, analysis and problem resolution. Strong in all aspects of service experience and able to partner effectively with multiple business partners. Support team key performance and risk indicator management, performing analysis, while contributing to recommendations and implementation.
Required Qualifications- Associate degree or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in service or operations. Post‑secondary education and relevant work experience may be interchanged to meet the combined total years of minimum required qualifications for education and experience.
- Previous experience working on a customer service team, including a strong working knowledge of customer service processes, policies, techniques, and applicable regulations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex issues in a clear, understandable manner.
- Strong knowledge of business operations and processes across more than two areas.
- Good analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work under tight time frames and deadlines, while achieving a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to build and maintain strong, positive relationships and influence others without direct leadership authority.
- Product‑specific or financial services industry experience.
- Experience with Ameriprise customer policies and procedures.

In‑Office CollaborationOur employees work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week. Some roles may require additional in‑office time or different in‑office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.
Base Pay SalaryThe estimated hourly rate for this role is $26.15 - $35.96 per hour.
