Summary / Objective
Reporting to the Investment Operations Manager, the Investment Operations Client Support Specialist is responsible for onsite support related to coordinating, implementing, and maintaining all investment account openings and service requests while maintaining confidentiality of client information.

Education and Experience- College degree in business‑related field required
- At least two years’ investment experience required, with familiarity with investment concepts, portfolio strategies, asset classes and financial market securities
- Demonstrated experience supporting ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients within a financial operations environment
- Alternative investment experience required
- Knowledge of qualified pension plans required
- Familiarity with Donor Advised Funds strongly preferred
- At least 1 year of experience processing confidential/highly sensitive information
- Experience interacting with clients through various channels, including in‑person and various electronic methods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Adaptable to changing priorities
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
No travel is expected for this position.
Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical DemandsThis is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing may be required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
Position Type and Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full‑time exempt position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Some flexibility in hours and remote work is allowed based on management’s approval; required in‑office presence on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays, or as business need dictates.
Job Compensation & Benefits CompensationMinimum: $65,000.00 - Maximum: $80,000.00 USD
