Job Description & How to Apply Below

Company Description AIA Singapore is part of AIA Group, the largest independent publicly listed pan-Asian life insurance group and one of the world’s largest life insurers by market capitalization. As a leading company in Singapore, AIA Singapore focuses on enabling individuals and families to live healthier, longer, better lives and supporting the nation’s social and economic progress. The organization works closely with a large, committed team of AIA Financial Services Consultants and dedicated staff to provide high-quality service and trusted advice.

Partnering with individuals, families, and corporates, AIA Singapore aims to build a brighter and more prosperous future for its customers. Guided by the philosophy of “Doing the Right Thing, in the Right Way, with the Right People,” AIA Singapore operates with strong ethics, best practices, and respect for personal data in line with its Privacy Policy.

Role Description This is a full-time Wealth Management Advisor role based in Singapore with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site client engagement and some work-from-home flexibility. The Wealth Management Advisor will provide holistic financial advice, including assessing clients’ financial goals, risk profiles, and life-stage needs, and recommending suitable wealth and protection solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client meetings, preparing financial plans, monitoring portfolios, and reviewing strategies to ensure they remain aligned with clients’ objectives.

The role involves collaborating with internal teams to stay updated on AIA products, market developments, and regulatory requirements, and communicating these clearly to clients. The advisor will also be expected to build and maintain long-term client relationships, uphold AIA Singapore’s service standards, and adhere to compliance and ethical guidelines.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, high level of integrity, and resilience in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Comfort with digital tools and CRM systems, and willingness to adapt to hybrid work arrangements and evolving business needs.
