Binance is seeking a Research Analyst to join a small, high-impact team building tokenized equity capital markets products. You will support the full lifecycle from due diligence to modeling, memos, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
The role requires at least 4 years of relevant ECM or investment banking experience, strong modeling skills, and a proactive, self-starting attitude in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of digital assets and on-chain equity capital markets is a plus.
