Finance Expert - Real Assets, Project Finance & Resources

$152-$198/hour

• Build and assess acquisition, development, project-finance, reserve, and net-asset-value models.
• Analyze debt sizing, covenant capacity, cash waterfalls, returns, and downside protection.
• Evaluate contracts, permitting, construction schedules, commodity assumptions, and operating sensitivities.
• Review technical reports and translate relevant findings into financial assumptions.
• Identify modeling errors, unsupported inputs, missing risks, and inconsistencies across source materials.
• Explain conclusions through clear, structured written reasoning.

• 5-10 years of relevant experience for the practitioner track, or 10-16 years for the senior reviewer track.
• Professional experience in real-estate underwriting, project finance, infrastructure, energy, mining, or natural-resources investing.
• Strong cash-flow modeling, valuation, debt-structuring, and sensitivity-analysis skills.
• Ability to connect legal, technical, operating, and market inputs to financial outcomes.
• Excellent written communication and a disciplined approach to assumptions and source evidence.

• Experience approving investments, credit decisions, or junior analytical work is especially valuable for the senior track.
