Confidential Client, a nationally recognized, high-volume retail mortgage lender, seeks a Sr. Corporate Loan Processor to manage a high-volume pipeline end-to-end.
You will verify documentation, clear loans for underwriting, and ensure compliance and timely closings. Responsibilities include coordinating with borrowers, vendors, and branches, maintaining SLA turn times, and preparing disclosures and closing checklists per RESPA, TILA, HMDA, Reg B, and Reg Z.
