Young Professional – Finance Analyst at Baires Dev

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data.
• Support the analysis of financial performance by gathering, organizing, and interpreting key metrics and indicators.
• Help maintain financial records and spreadsheets, ensuring information is up to date and properly documented.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to consolidate financial data and contribute to planning processes.
• Assist in monitoring expenses and identifying variances against budget, escalating findings to senior team members.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of financial processes, tools, and reporting workflows.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field — or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in financial analysis, planning, or corporate finance.
• Analytical mindset with good attention to detail and comfort working with numbers.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with financial tools is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
