This role reports to the Director of M&A and integrates both financial modeling and relationship management. You will support the full acquisition cycle, focusing on business development and due diligence. The position encourages engagement with internal parties and external advisors while conducting in-depth analyses of target businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the M&A strategy development and execution

• Analyze target financial and operational performance

• Build detailed financial models and valuation analyses

• Prepare indicative offers and letters of intent

• Manage due diligence processes and team collaboration

Requirements:

• 2+ years in M&A deal execution or related fields

• Strong relationship management skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling

• Excellent communication skills with attention to detail

• Willingness to work across time zones and travel
