You will own the end-to-end dispute process for German-speaking customers across the EMEA region, focusing on Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, and you will handle OTC disputes and credit notes as needed. Fluency in German and English, experience in disputes or accounts receivable, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication are essential.
