8. Description Lead and oversee LIHTC asset management operations within the syndication department. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the performance of LIHTC investments. Provide coaching-oriented leadership to a team of asset management professionals. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and achieve objectives. Analyze financial data and market trends to inform decision-making processes. Drive improvements in operational processes and reporting systems.
Represent the company in high-level discussions with partners and regulatory bodies. Foster a culture of growth, accountability, and excellence across the department. Experience with LIHTC asset management within syndication or banking. A coaching-oriented leadership style that promotes team development. Strong analytical skills to assess financial data and market conditions. Proven ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at various levels.
