As part of the expanding Distribution Financial Strategies team, you will collaborate with various finance teams on reporting and analysis. This role demands 8-10 years of accounting experience and a CPA designation for effective management of financial performance. You will support business units while recommending improvements to financial systems and controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting

• Analyze results in partnership with business teams

• Consolidate entities and handle elimination entries

• Advise on complex transactions and financial restructurings

• Simplify and enhance financial processes and controls

Requirements:

• CPA designation or equivalent education and experience

• 8-10 years of relevant accounting experience

• Experience with consolidation in large companies

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Bilingual in Quebec for English-speaking interactions
