Golden 1 Credit Union is seeking a Home Loan Senior Processor to organize and execute processes for 1st mortgage and equity loans. You will manage a diverse pipeline including conventional, FHA and jumbo products, purchase and refinance transactions, and owner-occupied and investment properties.
Collaborate with Home Loan Advisors to ensure accurate, efficient processing, maintain compliance with investor guidelines and federal laws, and monitor loan statuses in the LOS to meet service levels.
