Teller/Csr Position

First Southern National Bank is a community and relationship-driven bank serving twelve counties throughout Central and Western KY. Our home office is based in Stanford, with a population of 3,000. The Teller/Csr position serves as the bank's primary face-to-face representative for most customers. The main focus of this position will be developing relationships, selling products, delivering superior customer service, and pursuing all performance goals and objectives of First Southern.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing full-service teller transaction processing in ordinance with company policy and standards.
• Opening new deposit accounts and growing existing relationships as directed.
• Routinely listening to needs while talking with customers. Immediately offering appropriate First Southern products and services to meet those needs.
• Knowing the bank's loan, deposit, and other product/service offerings and explaining them to current and potential customers effectively.
• Providing timely, helpful, and accurate responses to customer requests and complaints.
• Preparing and submitting timely and accurate reports as needed.
• Complying with all laws and banking regulations, as applicable.
• Other duties as assigned.
