Coastal States Bank is seeking an Operations Specialist to manage wire transfers and related posting duties. This full-time role may be remote or hybrid in-office, with hours from 12:30pm to 8:30pm EST. Pay is commensurate with experience in bank deposit operations.
You will transmit Fed wires, handle non-post items, and perform reconciliations. Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and compliance with Regulation J, OFAC, and BSA are essential.
