Senior Risk Manager
The role will deliver a broad range of risk management activities on behalf of Beazley's US and Bermuda entities, across both operational and insurance/financial risks. This will involve producing risk reports and analysis (including Beazley's US and Bermuda ORSAs), providing review and challenge of first line processes, performing deep-dive reviews on specific risk areas, as well as supporting the risk team with delivering on the wider risk management framework.
Key responsibilities include providing challenge of the first line processes for Beazley's US and Bermuda entities across both operational and insurance/financial risks, producing risk reporting and opinions, supporting the delivery of the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment for Beazley's US and Bermuda entities, supporting with the development of the wider risk management framework, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships with members of the first line, and collaborating closely with the Global risk team.

Education and qualifications:
University degree. Professional qualification advantageous.
Skills and abilities
include a methodical approach to problem solving, excellent interpersonal, communication skills, proven project management and organizational skills, results oriented, advanced proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
Experience working as an ERM professional across either operational or insurance/financial risks (or both) within specialty insurance. Experience of providing challenge across any of the following areas would be an advantage:
Operational risk within Finance, Insurance, IT, and wider Operations teams. Experience in providing risk challenge to the first line and producing and presenting risk analysis to internal and external stakeholders. Interest in gaining a deeper understanding of insurance and financial risk management in the Lloyd's / London Market.
