GROUP FINANCE MANAGER (FINSERV) - R 900k pa - NORTHERN SUBURBS, CPT

Hybrid work model (4 office days, 1 work-from-home day).

An established and growing financial services group is looking for a commercially minded Group Financial Manager to join its leadership team.

This opportunity is ideally suited to a finance professional who understands the unique challenges of their niche finance environment, and enjoys working across multiple entities in a dynamic business.

• Group financial management and consolidations
• Financial services, lending, credit or banking experience
• Treasury and cash flow management
• Loan book accounting and interest income
• IFRS reporting, month-end and year-end reporting
• Audit and statutory compliance
• Budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
• Developing financial controls and improving processes
• Partnering with executive management on commercial decisions

• SAIPA or CIMA qualification
• Finance Degree and articles
• Proven Group Financial Management experience
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced Excel and financial systems experience
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment
