Deposit Operations Advanced Specialist

We’re looking for a Deposit Operations Advanced Specialist who will keep the engine of our deposit operations running smoothly. In this hands‑on role, you will support daily transaction processing—including ACH, wires, RDC, card activity, and NSF/non‑post items—while contributing to an exciting system conversion. You will collaborate with a seasoned operations team, bring structure and accuracy to fast‑moving workflows, and play a critical role in delivering reliable, customer‑centered banking experiences.

What You’ll Contribute:

Deposit Operations Execution

• Process ACH, RDC, wires, card transactions, corrections, NSF and non‑post items accurately and on time.
• Review, investigate, and resolve exceptions while ensuring timely and accurate transaction posting.
• Maintain compliance with bank policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Provide backup support for Treasury Management setup, customer training, and customer support, including ACH, Positive Pay, Wire, RDC, and Lockbox.

Operational Excellence & Collaboration

• Maintain thorough documentation and audit readiness across assigned operational workflows.
