Remote Tax Manager

Position: Remote Tax Manager at LEO Pharma
Elevate your tax career as a Tax Manager with LEO Pharma, overseeing U.S. federal and state tax compliance from a remote workspace. This role combines tax provisions, reporting, and strategic tax planning initiatives.

As a Tax Manager, you will report to the Senior Director of Global Tax and play a critical role in ensuring that the company’s tax positions are well-documented and defensible. Your expertise will enhance tax compliance and influence corporate strategy through effective analysis and research of complex U.S. tax issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review U.S. federal and state tax returns

• Support quarterly and annual tax provisions calculations

• Conduct research on complex U.S. tax issues

• Maintain and reconcile tax-related balance sheet accounts

• Assist with data for U.S. intercompany transactions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 5–8 years of U.S. tax experience preferred

• Knowledge of U.S. federal and state corporate tax

• Familiarity with transfer pricing preferred

• Clear communication skills for non-tax stakeholders
