Jacaranda Finance is seeking a Hardship & Insolvency Specialist to support customers through sensitive financial situations. You will own hardship cases, coordinating with customers and third parties to craft fair, sustainable repayment plans while maintaining empathy and compliance.
The role focuses on sensitive interactions across channels, reviewing risk, and delivering compassionate guidance. Hybrid work and ongoing training are available in our Milton headquarters.
