Capital Search Group is seeking a hands-on Senior Manager of FP&A reporting to the CFO. This role owns budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, partnering across Sales, Product and Operations to translate data into actionable insights and BI dashboards.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Finance (MBA/CFA a plus) and 7+ years of progressive corporate finance experience; proficiency with Adaptive, Power BI or Tableau is highly preferred.
