Job DescriptionThis position provides client service support to one or more Financial Advisors (FAs), ensuring operational excellence and client advocacy. As the primary point of contact within Merrill, the role addresses all service needs of FA clients and customizes solutions based on specific requirements.
Responsibilities- Deliver excellent client service by educating clients on the bank's service and banking offerings.
- Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of client materials while following up on all client and FA requests.
- Assist in aligning practices with the bank's policies and procedures to support operational excellence, protect clients, and manage risk.
- Identify, deepen, and maintain client relationships by emphasizing the bank's offerings and promoting integration of banking into day‑to‑day practices.
- Communicate client outcomes to the FA.
- Support daily team activities, covering roles during absences or seasonal increases while maintaining a client‑first mindset.
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 (or Series 63 and 65 accepted in lieu of 66).
- Possesses advanced industry knowledge and an understanding of investment products.
- Is a highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and a focus on results.
- Demonstrates a client‑centric mindset and prioritizes client interests.
- Adapts quickly to new information and technology platforms.
- Experience working with clients, quickly fulfilling needs, delivering complex solutions, and providing an excellent client experience.
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment with changing responsibilities.

- Exhibits sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Strong computer application skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
