The main responsibility is to support the growth of the US activity by ensuring clear communication, visibility, and coordination between the US operational teams and the Corporate Finance team. This includes supporting the flow of information around planning, controls, approvals, payments, project activity, operational needs, and ongoing finance inputs.
The role will help Corporate Finance obtain a complete and accurate picture of the US activity, support basic financial controls, and improve collaboration with the international finance and operations teams. This role will serve as the finance focal point for the US activity, working closely with Corporate Finance, Project Managers, and operational teams in the US.
The role will also support month-end analysis, actual vs. budget review, forecast updates, and the collection and validation of relevant operational and financial inputs. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and the ability to identify gaps, explain variances, and support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning - budget and programs.
- Support actual vs. budget analysis, forecast updates, and month-end reporting inputs.
- Act as the finance focal point for US business and operational teams.
- Support the growth and scale-up of the US activity from a finance operations perspective, including automation, system integration and controls.
- Support global communication and coordination between US, Corporate Finance and other finance teams.
- Help ensure that approvals, payments, budget and accounting coding, and operational finance inputs are properly communicated, documented, and aligned with company processes.
- Work with ERP systems and support process improvements where needed.
- Provide Corporate Finance with better visibility over US activity, risks, commitments, and operational finance needs.
- Reporting directly to Corporate Finance, dotted line to US GM.
Requirements:
- FP&A orientation with strong business partnering capabilities.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Technology-oriented and comfortable working with systems and data.
- Independent, proactive, and able to work with limited supervision.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with Project Managers and operational teams.
- Ownership mindset, hands-on approach, and ability to act as a reliable finance focal point.
- Global orientation- working with teams outside of the US and time zone.
- Experienced, hands-on, and with a strong ability to deliver.

The salary range for this position is $105,00 - $130,000 with the potential for a bonus. Ramon.
Space will consider relevant work experience, skills, education, and training when putting together an offer for this position.
This role involves access to export-controlled technology. Eligibility for such access is subject to U.S. export control laws, and the company may need to obtain appropriate government authorization before granting access.
