Somewhere is seeking a Part-Time Loan Processor to handle the administrative and operational side of the loan process. The ideal candidate has experience with hard money loans, private lending, construction loans, or fix-and-flip financing, handling documentation from application to closing.
This role also supports administrative tasks for a personal real estate portfolio. The position is remote, independent contractor-based, and typically 20-30 hours per week aligned to Eastern Time.
