Middle Seat is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Associate to join our Finance team in Washington, D.C. or remote.
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will support day-to-day accounting operations and ownership of core transactional activities, including payroll, A/R, A/P, reconciliations, and GL tasks. You will help ensure accurate financial records, assist with month-end close, and collaborate with the Finance Director on budget tracking and process improvements.
