Globaltize is seeking a Finance Manager to fully own and manage global financial operations for a fast-paced, remote agency. You will work with an UAE tax agent and report to the founder, leveraging Xero, Deel, and WIO to run end-to-end finance in multi-currency environments.
Responsibilities cover invoicing, collections, payroll across 13 countries, month-end closes, and cash forecasting. This is a hands-on role requiring autonomy and strong English communication.
