We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focusedPremium Audit Service Coordinatorto provide support for the premium audit department. This role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of audit-related documents and maintaining good communication with our internal staff and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This position is hybrid and can be located at our Sarasota, FL or Carmel, IN office.

The salary range for this position is $18.58-$28.62 hourly. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

High School or better.

• Minimum of two years of customer service experience (preferably in insurance, finance, or audit-related fields)
• Excellent customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with commercial insurance policies
