Cobalt Service Partners is seeking a hands-on finance leader to partner with the Regional President across four to five acquired companies, blending controllership and FP&A. You will manage close, planning, and cash flow while driving margin and EBITDA expansion in a multi-entity setting.
We seek 7–12+ years in finance, CPA/CMA preferred, and experience with ERP systems (Sage Intacct is a plus). This remote Southeast role requires ~20–25% travel and leadership across teams.
