Finom is seeking a highly skilled Fraud Risk Manager to own end-to-end fraud risk management across geographic and product expansion. You will lead the anti-fraud program, collaborate with ML and risk teams, and drive improvements in KPIs while guiding a small team in a fast-paced fintech environment.
The role sits in the 2nd Line of Defense and reports to the Head of Financial Crime Risk. You’ll engage with product, risk, and QA teams to ensure fraud controls are designed into new products.
