Choice One-Bank is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to procure new mortgage transactions and bring business to the bank. You will interview applicants, collect documents, and submit loan packets, while maintaining client contact to clear stipulations and close loans.
You will also solicit realtors and builders to grow the mortgage portfolio. Reporting to the VP Head of Loan Operations, you’ll stay informed on market conditions, comply with banking regulations, and promote mortgage products.
