Cobalt Service Partners is seeking a hands-on, strategic finance leader to partner with the Regional President across four to five acquired partner companies — a roughly 50/50 blend of controllership and FP&A.
You’ll flex from close and accounting transitions at newer acquisitions to forward-looking planning as teams mature, driving margin, cash flow, and better decisions across the region; own budgeting, reforecasting, variance analysis, and regional cash forecasting.
