Position Summary
The Collector manages an individual collection queue of 50-100 accounts, making outbound collection calls, establishing payment arrangements with delinquent customers, documenting all conversations with customers and systematically following up on delinquent accounts as well as answering incoming calls as necessary.
Hours- (Full-Time) Monday - Friday 10:00am - 7:00pm, alternating Saturdays
- Manage a collection queue of approximately 50-100 delinquent accounts.
- Make approximately 35 collection calls per day to delinquent customers. Answer incoming calls as necessary.
- Document all conversations with delinquent customers thoroughly.
- Provide loss mitigation options and establish acceptable payment plans with delinquent customers.
- Process payments over the phone.
- Perform skip tracing responsibilities.
- Understand and adhere to all bank policies, laws and regulations applicable to their role. Complete compliance training; follow internal processes and controls as required.
- Report all compliance issues, violations of law or regulations in accordance with the steps defined in bank policies.
- Perform other job-related duties or special projects as assigned.
- Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
- Previous banking or collection experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and in working with other financial software.

Primarily indoor work, moderate exposure to outdoor elements or hazards.
Light work lifting and/or carrying up to 10lbs occasionally.
This role is eligible for hybrid work from home opportunity under the work from home guidelines upon completion of onboarding.
