Take Charge America is seeking a full-time remote HECM Certified Counselor to support HUD's Home Equity Conversion Mortgage program. The role involves one-on-one housing counseling and educating clients on reverse mortgage options in compliance with HUD guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have HUD HECM and Housing Counselor certifications, strong communication and analytical skills, and reside in AZ, CA, FL, IN, OR or TX or be willing to work nationwide remotely.
