Our team is partnering with a large wealth management firm whose tax advisory division is growing at 50% per year and is looking to continue that growth trajectory. The firm is looking for experienced tax professionals on all levels. Tax Manager (High Net Worth & LLC's)

The Opportunity

Join our progressive public accounting firm as a Tax Manager. You will lead tax strategy for High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and complex LLCs. This position is mostly remote but requires Tax Managers live near one of their locations in Los Angeles, South Florida, Denver, Dallas, Chicago, New York, Minneapolis or Atlanta.

What You Will Do

• Review complex returns:
  Focus on Form 1040, 1065, and multi-state filings.
• Provide strategic advice:
  Deliver high-level tax planning and wealth preservation strategies.
• Manage client relationships:
  Act as the primary advisor for sophisticated clients.
• Lead tax teams:
  Mentor staff, review workflows, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Conduct technical research:
  Resolve intricate IRS and state tax matters.

What We Are Looking For

• Active Certification: CPA license or Enrolled Agent (EA) credential required.
• Experience:
  
  5+ years in public accounting with HNW and LLC focus.
• Tech-savvy:
  Proficient with cloud-based tax software and remote collaboration tools.
• Communicator:
  Ability to explain complex tax concepts simply to clients.
• Ideal candidates will leave ego at the door, be a great team player, and advocate for their high net worth clientele.
