FCS Financial is seeking an experienced credit professional to join our team as Vice President, Agribusiness Underwriting. This is an opportunity to work on some of the most sophisticated agribusiness lending relationships throughout our lending footprint and participation network, while helping shape the future of agriculture and rural communities.

In this role, you'll play a critical part in evaluating and structuring complex lending opportunities, partnering with relationship managers and senior leaders to deliver sound credit decisions that support both customer growth and portfolio quality.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Agriculture, Business, or a related field.
• Five or more years of agribusiness lending, underwriting, or credit analysis experience.
• Strong financial analysis, risk assessment, and credit structuring skills.
• Experience evaluating complex commercial or agribusiness lending relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for helping customers and agriculture succeed.

• Assesses creditworthiness of agribusiness borrowers by:
• Develops and evaluates long and/or short-term financial projections based on customer financial data
• Analyzes capital, capacity, collateral, character, conditions and management ability of the borrower
