Role Description

The Financial Services Professional is a full-time role responsible for advising clients on personal finance, retirement planning, and wealth management strategies. This position is hybrid, based in the Pensacola Metropolitan Area with flexibility for some work from home. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients to assess financial goals, developing and presenting customized financial plans, and recommending appropriate products and solutions in areas such as retirement, Medicare, and long-term care.

The role involves ongoing portfolio review, monitoring market and regulatory changes, and maintaining detailed documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards. The Financial Services Professional also collaborates with internal team members, participates in client education initiatives, and supports business development through referrals and community engagement.

Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Financial Planning and Retirement Planning skills to design and implement comprehensive client strategies.
  • Candidates should possess solid Finance and Financial Services knowledge to analyze financial products, markets, and regulatory requirements.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly and build long-term client relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant credentials such as CFP®, ChFC®, or other financial planning designations are highly beneficial.
  • Experience in client-facing advisory or financial services roles, with a focus on retirement and wealth management, is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ethical judgment, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
  • Proficiency with financial planning tools, CRM systems, and standard office software.

Possess a bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Hold a valid 2-15 or 2-14 insurance license.
