Trade equities and options with strict risk controls, under mentorship from active traders. Compensation is a performance-based profit split under a 1099 contractor setup, with no base salary.
Successful candidates complete the Maverick Qualification Program before trading firm capital is allocated and can earn 65%–90% of net profits based on performance tiers.
