FP&A Analyst - Hybrid Role

Our client is seeking a Financial Analyst to bolster their finance team. In this hybrid position, you will spend two days a week onsite in Mississauga. The role focuses on financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and partnership with logistics stakeholders, ensuring informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform financial planning and data modeling for operational initiatives

• Provide actionable insights for Logistics leadership decision-making

• Identify cost savings and mitigate business risks as a subject matter expert

• Participate in process improvements for Finance initiatives

• Prepare time-sensitive financial reports for senior leaders

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Finance or related field

• Minimum 2+ years in financial analysis and modeling

• Experience supporting Logistics or Supply Chain Operations

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
