Position OverviewThe Director of Revenue is a strategic finance leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the firm’s end-to-end revenue strategy. This position oversees revenue accounting, accounts receivable, and billing while driving operational efficiency, cash flow optimization, and scalable growth across the business. The role ensures compliance with US GAAP (ASC 606) and serves as a key advisor to leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Own and lead the end-to-end revenue lifecycle, including contract review, revenue recognition, billing, and collections
- Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on revenue performance, risks, and opportunities
- Drive monthly close for revenue and related accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with ASC 606
- Lead AR and billing teams to improve invoicing accuracy, collections performance, and reduce DSO
- Partner with consulting leadership to enhance revenue realization, contract structuring, and pricing execution
- Ensure SOX compliance and audit readiness
- Lead finance transformation initiatives, including automation and ERP/billing system enhancements
- Collaborate with FP&A to lead forecasting, budgeting, and revenue analytics
- Deliver actionable insights to senior leadership on revenue drivers and trends
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing global revenue organization
- CPA required
- 8–10+ years of experience in public accounting and/or industry
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP (ASC 606)
- Experience leading revenue accounting, AR, or billing functions
- Proven leadership and ability to build high-performing teams
- Experience with ERP systems and finance transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical, communication, and business partnering skills

Salary and other compensationA good-faith estimate of the annual base salary range for this position is $165,000 - $180,000. Stating pay within this range may vary based on factors such as education level, experience, skills, geographic location, market conditions, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may be eligible for additional bonus incentive compensation.
