About the role

The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.

We're looking for a Branch Regulatory Reporting Manager to combine data management and analysis to create our regulatory reports. You'll be compiling, reviewing, and managing all types of regulatory reports for our branch network, so there's always something to learn.

What you'll be doing
  • Producing and reviewing branch regulatory reports, including statistical returns and other local regulatory requirements prior to submission
  • Supporting branch activity, defining and implementing the process for submitting regulatory reports
  • Assessing, developing, and maintaining proper controls, robust documentation, and change management approaches for reporting areas (automated and manual)
  • Communicating issues with appropriate data owners
  • Monitoring and tracking issues to ensure timely and appropriate resolutions
  • Staying current on new and evolving regulatory reporting requirements, assessing impact, and ensuring compliance for accurate reporting
  • Working closely with the Accounting team to ensure financial reporting and decision support is consistent in regulatory applications
  • Ensuring a close relationship with the Central Bank, and responding to any queries
What you'll need
  • Either 4+ years of experience in a compliance or reporting function for a bank (or similar regulated entity), or 4+ years of experience as a consultant/auditor in a Big 4 (or similar environment) in financial services
  • Experience working with financial regulators in Poland
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • The ability to make sense of regulations and develop processes and frameworks to compile new reports and enhance existing ones
  • To be highly self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills
  • The ability to relate to local cultural aspects while working in a highly diverse, international environment
  • Great organisational skills to help plan and deliver to tight deadlines
Nice to have
  • Expertise with IFRS accounting standards
  • Familiarity with regulatory policy
  • Knowledge of software or IT platform change initiatives
Compensation range
  • Poland: PLN
    15,300 - PLN
    24,300 gross monthly*
  • Other locations:
    Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

* Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
