This 6-month fixed-term role features responsibilities for managing the Third Party Risk Management program. You will be tasked with guiding due diligence activities, assessing vendor risks, and ensuring adherence to Coast Capital’s governance framework. Collaborating closely with teams like Strategic Sourcing and Finance, you'll contribute positively to the organization’s risk strategy while mostly working remotely with some required in-office presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and manage the risk governance processes

• Validate and conduct risk assessments for vendors

• Facilitate end-to-end supplier assessments and approvals

• Maintain a centralized vendor repository

• Prepare risk reports and management documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline

• 4–6+ years of experience in related roles

• Strong understanding of information security practices

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
