Accounting Manager, Financial Reporting

Main ActivitiesPrepare and manage annual statutory financial reports for Singapore and Hong Kong.
Control billing processes and manage Singapore customer accounts.
Conduct monthly controlling and variance analysis.
Implement cost control measures across both regions.
Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) for Singapore and Hong Kong.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and statutory requirements
Coordinating accounting system migration projects.
Responsible for preparing and finalizing annual statutory financial reports for Singapore and Hong Kong.
Work closely with external auditors for yearly audits.
Manage monthly closing and variance analysis
Handle quarterly GST submissions.
Prepare corporate tax submissions.
Collaborate with the legal team and Key Accounts Manager on contract reviews.
Liaise with the company secretary and legal team to ensure local compliance.
Provide financial insights to support business decisions.
Maintain strong internal controls and governance standards.
Skills:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Professional qualification (CPA/ACCA or equivalent) preferred.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance management.
Strong knowledge of Singapore and Hong Kong financial regulations.
Proven experience in AR/AP management and cost control.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively with multiple accounting and financial systems, familiarity with AX and Dynamics 365 preferred.
Experience in system migration projects will be an advantage.
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
