Affordable Housing Modeling Manager​/LIHTC Analyst

The Modeling Manager/LIHTC Analyst will play a key role in supporting financial modeling and analysis, working closely with originators, asset managers and key leadership within their LIHTC real estate department. Description A heavy bias working between departments to oversee and advise on LIHTC related matters working with key leadership nationally and presenting a huge growth opportunity. Develop and maintain financial models to support property-related initiatives. Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for decision-making linked to LIHTC and working closely with legal departments, asset management, acquisitions and key leaders within the business.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of financial models with company objectives. Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for stakeholders. Monitor and forecast financial performance to identify trends and opportunities. Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all financial analyses. Assist in evaluating potential investments and property acquisitions. Provide recommendations to improve financial efficiency and performance. Profile A successful Modeling Manager should have: A strong, hands-on background working within LIHTC affordable housing ideally having worked for a bank, non-profit, syndicator or real estate developer. Proficiency in financial software and tools relevant to the financial services industry. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
