Are you ready to take the next step in your finance career? At GXO Logistics, we are looking for a proactive Site Controller to join our team in Roermond. In this role, you will work closely with a Site Manager, providing financial guidance and supporting strategic decision‑making.

- Acting as a finance business partner, advising site leadership and managers on financial and controlling matters while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to identify cost drivers and improve financial outcomes.
- Leading month‑end and year‑end closing procedures, managing the full P&L, and overseeing local accounting functions.
- Leading the budgeting process as well as monthly forecasting, taking corrective actions when required.
- Developing and maintaining robust internal control systems to ensure financial compliance and accuracy.
- Creating sales invoices for completed services and discussing them with site manager and customer.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in finance and/or controlling.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
