Registered Branch Associate

Edward Jones is seeking a Registered Branch Associate to support Financial Advisors in delivering client-focused investment and wealth management services. In this role, you'll assist with account opening, trade processing, and client service requests while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. You will prepare client reviews, maintain accurate records, and use CRM and financial planning tools to support long-term, relationship-based guidance. Responsibilities

• Support Financial Advisors with client onboarding and account maintenance
• Process trades and service requests accurately and timely
• Respond to client inquiries and provide high-quality service
• Prepare and organize materials for client meetings and reviews
• Maintain compliant records and follow firm and regulatory policies
• Use CRM and branch systems to track activities and client data
• Assist with marketing, client outreach, and event coordination
• Collaborate with branch and home office partners to resolve issues
