Dev Co Residential seeks a Senior Asset Manager to lead a portfolio of affordable housing assets across the full asset lifecycle, including LIHTC compliance, finance and investor reporting. This role reports to the Vice President of Asset Management and may be based in Bellevue, WA, St.
Louis Park MN, or performed remotely. The ideal candidate has LIHTC experience, 7–10 years in asset management, and strong leadership and analytical skills.
