Regional Banking Cre Portfolio Manager
As a Regional Banking Cre Portfolio Manager, you'll play a highly visible role partnering directly with Regional Presidents, Relationship Managers, and Credit Officers to help shape the success of our commercial real estate portfolio. This is an opportunity to combine deep credit expertise with strategic thinking while making a meaningful impact across the markets we serve. The role involves collaborating on credit and risk decisions and serving as a liaison on both market-specific and enterprise-wide credit matters.
Duties and Responsibilities:
As a key member of the Regional Banking team, you will:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Regional Presidents, Relationship Managers, and Credit Officers, helping evaluate complex commercial real estate lending opportunities.
- Review and assess credit requests, providing thoughtful analysis and recommendations that support sound risk management and business growth.
- Partner with relationship management teams to conduct portfolio reviews and identify opportunities, strengths, and emerging risks within the portfolio.
- Participate in portfolio review discussions and collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Perform annual credit reviews and assign risk ratings that help ensure the overall health and performance of the portfolio.
- Contribute to strategic discussions and special projects that support continued success across the region.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of Commercial or Business Banking Portfolio Management and/or credit experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent banking experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex credit decisions clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and financial analysis tools, including Moody's Credit Lens.

Compensation Range: $70,000-$140,000 annually
