Key Responsibilities:

• Execute M&A transactions efficiently and effectively

• Develop financial models and valuation assessments

• Manage relationships with owners and advisors

• Oversee due diligence across internal and external teams

• Assist in all stages of negotiation and closing

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of M&A deal execution experience

• Proven relationship management skills

• Strong attention to detail within financial contexts

• Advanced Excel skills and understanding of accounting
