Trader-Hire is seeking experienced equities traders to participate in our capital allocation program in San Diego, CA. This role is fully remote, allowing traders to work from their own location while leveraging firm-backed capital to trade stocks and options. Successful candidates will have a clear path to scaling their capital allocation based on performance.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of trading experience and a solid grasp of derivatives markets.
